today was my (and my brother's) birthday party. it was fun.
if you highlight things, you might discover secrets.
my sister got hit by a car. she didn't really get hit, but her bike's back wheel will not survive the operation. for some more detail, see peter's blog. jess arrived around 1, matt around 2, jerod around 4, and ralph came sometime later. we played mastermind clue and egyptian rap-slap (or is it rat-slap? no one knows). that was fun. i think all of us lost or broke some fingers in those games. we (matt, jerod, ralph, and i) gave peter his sixteen birthday spankings. they were, shall we say, brutal. then matt and jerod tried to give me my spankings. they ultimately succeeded, but not without a struggle. i almost threw matt into the wall in the hallway between the kitchen and the living room. matt and jerod left, leaving ralph, jess and i alone to play ddr. james and andrea came later, after tricia's wedding and reception. i got a "b" on two nine-step songs.. in a row. it was amazing.

ooh, and i finally got peter to register at blogger and join the pak site.
