sigh.living at chyral's house was supposed to be the perfect solution to our living arrangement problems. we couldn't get a house, and we didn't want to get an apartment (we'd be by ourselves, and we didn't want to put away $800 a month with no return). chyral told us we could move in and pay $400 a month, split the bill for groceries, and have the entire downstairs to ourselves. she even gave us her ex-husband's old computer.
nothing is working out, and i don't even live there yet. jess is constantly stressed, chyral and her
daughter take jess's food (well, not anymore because she locks it up - something one should not have to do in one's own home) and blame it on the other two living there, they rack up the phone bill (we see now that it was a mistake to put them on our plan), and are generally.. well, there is no other word -
bitchy. logic crumbles before their unsane reasoning. and chyral won't even talk to jess or myself now, since we've confronted her. ah well.
but there is light, even amid this darkness.
rochelle (jess's other niece) and slobo (the boyfriend) want to move out, as well. the four of us, in a two-bedroom apartment, will manage alot better without the added stress of
them. wish us luck.
